Michael is a copywriter based in Portland, OR.
I’ve been fortunate to work with a lot of big brands and on smaller projects over the years, from basic copywriting (email, social, etc.) to campaign messaging strategy to larger narratives in the form of books and scripts.
I'm currently a Copywriter at The Program, working on Vans, Oakley, formerly LaCrosse, and new business pitches.
I previously worked at Thesis, on Spotify, HP, and Taco Bell.
I have a Comics Studies Certificate from PSU and a few publications in small journals. In 2021 and 2024, I was awarded arts grants for a literary journal I created. In 2026, a book I ghostwrote became a top 10 bestseller.
